Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with Structa. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our Pro and Lifetime plans.

Pro Plan ($19/month or $190/year)

Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Pro plan subscriptions (billed monthly at $19/month or annually at $190/year) are non-refundable. However:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after the period ends

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases (technical issues preventing service use, billing errors, etc.), we may issue refunds at our discretion. Contact support@trystructa.com with details.

Lifetime Plan ($299)

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

Conditions for Lifetime Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction
  • Account must show reasonable usage (refunds denied for excessive usage with clear intent to abuse)
  • No prior refund requests on previous purchases

After 7 Days

Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after the 7-day period. This is a one-time purchase providing perpetual access, and we incur immediate processing costs.

Upgrade from Pro to Lifetime

If you upgrade from Pro to Lifetime:

  • Your active Pro subscription will be automatically canceled
  • You will not be charged for the next Pro billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining Pro subscription time
  • The Lifetime purchase follows the standard 7-day refund policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at refunds@trystructa.com
  2. Include your account email and purchase date
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2-3 business days

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • The refund window has expired (7 days for Lifetime)
  • You violated our Terms of Service
  • You engaged in fraudulent activity or chargebacks
  • You show clear signs of refund abuse (excessive usage, multiple purchases/refunds, etc.)
  • You've previously received a refund for Structa

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of access to Structa. We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes fairly.

Free Plan

The Free plan does not involve any payment and therefore refunds do not apply. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without any charges.

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue Structa entirely, Lifetime plan holders will receive a pro-rated refund based on a 5-year expected service life. Pro subscribers will not be charged after discontinuation announcement.
